Sandra Aldridge, Consultant

Sandra is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with 15 years’ experience of business psychology and HR management.

She has worked with private and public sector clients and has particular expertise in the private equity sector, helping clients assess the management potential of target and portfolio companies. Sandra is trained in the use of many psychological tools.

Nancy Beesley, Consultant

Nancy is a Chartered Psychologist with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology and a Master’s in Sport and Exercise Science specialising in the psychology of elite performance. She has experience working with private sector clients in the financial services, communications, retailing and airport industries.

She also has public sector expertise with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Home Office and the Ministry of Defence. She is an associate of three world-class business schools – Ashridge Business School, London Business School and the Centre for Creative Leadership. She has worked with elite sports performers and coaches in international cricket and English rugby.

Lindsey Brown, Consultant

Lindsey began her career as a lawyer, but has spent many years working in consultancies.

As a business psychologist, she specialises in leadership development; team effectiveness; recruitment processes; and executive profiling. Lindsey is a member of the Association of Business Psychologists and is accredited to use a range of psychometric tools including MBTI, OPQ, TMS, HPI and CPI.

Grattan Donnelly, Consultant

Grattan is a professionally qualified coach with more than 14 years’ experience in people and organisational change. He works with clients in leadership development, team development and executive coaching, with a focus on transformational change.

He has worked with clients in the private and public sectors including and is currently Vice Chair of the Association for Coaching in Ireland.

Nike Furlong, Consultant

Nike Furlong is a highly experienced Learning and Change Management Specialist with 16 years experience.

Nike brings expertise and a wealth of practical experience in successfully leading and managing change initiatives. She is an energetic and solution-oriented facilitator, with a collaborative style and strong influencing skills.

Ivan Hickmott, Consultant

Ivan is an experienced consultant, facilitator and lecturer operating at all levels in organisations in the people aspects of change to shape and implement strategies with an emphasis on high employee involvement and cohesive, energised teams.

His focus is on change management, organisational improvement, team development, and enabling strategies for HR and leaders.

Margaret Hudson, Consultant

Margaret has more than 14 years’ experience in people and organisational change, latterly working with PA Consulting. Her main areas of expertise are change management, training and organisational development.

She has worked with a wide range of clients in the public and private sectors, including banking, insurance, transport, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and communications companies.

Catherine Knight, Consultant

Catherine has been a Business Psychologist for more than 20 years, working with many global, national and local organisations.

She focuses on behavioural and organisational change; executive coaching; team facilitation and development; and assessment processes. Catherine is accredited to use various personality and psychometric tools.

Esther Newall, Consultant

Esther is a psychotherapist with eight years’ experience in people and organisational development. She was a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting and Cubiks, and holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology. She has a private psychotherapy practice in addition to her consulting work with teams in a wide variety of sectors.

Esther specialises in Transactional Analysis and is a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and the Institute of Transactional Analysis.  Esther is also a UKCP-registered psychotherapist.

Cleo Nicolaou, Consultant

Cleo has more than 20 years’ experience as a people and organisational change consultant, over 10 of which were spent at PA Consulting Group. Her expertise lies in organisational design and development; change management; and leadership development.

She has worked with clients in the public and private sectors, including banking, insurance, insurance broking, pharmaceuticals, telephony,
IT and retail firms.

Liz Rider, Consultant

Liz is a Chartered Psychologist, who is accredited to use MBTI, 16PF, Strengthscope, Wave and Talentq. She has worked with clients including KPMG, Royal Mail, Vodafone and the Cabinet Office.

She specialises in leadership development; team development; and executive coaching.

Angie Ruane, Consultant

Angie Ruane is a seasoned coach and facilitator who believes passionately in the humanistic philosophy of Abraham Maslow: “where possible, our life’s journey is centred upon becoming all we are capable of being.”

Working with individuals and groups, Angie uses a range of techniques to help find that road to increased self- awareness and efficacy. She is accredited by the Association for Coaching and an associate of Ashridge.

Pam Spencer, Consultant

Pam is a member of the British Psychological Society and is accredited to use a range of instruments such as MBTI, OPQ, FIRO-B, Psygna, ECI, ASE and Profilor.

Pam is also a Master Practitioner in NLP. She is an Associate of Ashridge Management College and works in the area of leadership and organisational change.

Paul Snell CBE, Non Executive Chairman

Paul is a qualified social worker and has held senior positions in local and national government. He was the first Director of Social Services for Nottingham City Council in the mid 90s, and latterly the Chief Inspector for the Commission for Social Care Inspection, which was the social care regulator until it’s merger in 2009.

Paul currently works as an independent consultant and offers coaching and mentoring to senior managers in the public sector. He was awarded a CBE in the 2009 Queen’s Birthday Honours.

Linda Stokes, Consultant

Linda has worked in the financial services, information technology and legal sectors.

With an MA in Organisational Behaviour and as a Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), she specialises in leadership and team development; behavioural and organisational change; and executive coaching. Linda is accredited to use a number of psychometric and 360º instruments including MBTI, Profilor, HBDI, Emotional Competence inventory (ECI) and FIRO-B.

Lynn White, Director

Lynn has held senior positions in electronics, information technology and financial services organisations. She was involved in a management buyout, a London Stock Exchange flotation and the sale of a financial services business.

As a member of the British Psychological Society and a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), she is interested in developing individuals and teams to achieve their full potential. Lynn has a Diploma in Executive Coaching.
